Homecoming

Well, we made it back across France.  A convoy of one good car and one old van.  Both performed admirably, even if the van was slow.  Unfortunately, I have also brought an english cough with me, so we are going slower than we might.

Our new house is starting to get windows in, and will soon be watertight.  Our B & B is looking good and is warmed up with the fire going.  The weather is good, so I will be hitting the hills soon for some walking.

As for writing, I can catch up on all the notes from over christmas and no PC.  I am trying my hand at writing a book...
Its slow, like our van.  But I'm hoping like our van it will keep going.

My poetry is still there on the page ready for me to rewrite, so maybe I will put some up[ here for reactions.
